The Constitution has been revised and updated so it is in line with the current SEC Model Constitution as well as Canon and Charity Law changes made over the last 20 years.
In order to change the HTD Constitution we require two Special Meetings which must be held at least one calendar month apart.
Special Meetings may be called at any time by the Rector or at the request of a majority of the Vestry. The Rector and Vestry have agreed to call Special Meetings on 20th August and 24th September.
