Burns Supper

Once an absolute staple of the churches social calendar we are pleased to say the Holy Trinity Dunfermline Burns Supper is back!

This Sunday the 28th January at 7pm, join us for an evening with the Bard. A night sharing the words of Burns and celebrating the Scot’s language.

The evening is made up of speeches, poems, laughter and drinks (drams of Whisky and non alcoholic options available!) and centres around the works of Burns and how it fits into our modern life.

The evening is a full night of entertainment, food, drinks, singing, poems and reflections. Kilts and tartan are strongly encouraged but not required. It is a great laugh and a real celebration of Scots culture.

The highlight of the evening however, is the haggis, Great Chieftain o’ the Puddin-race! Served with the traditional neeps and tatties (alternative options are available). Toasted itself and enjoyed by many the world over it’s at the heart of the evening.
